Handling - before shipment
All the products are packed handled with care. Our shipping department is open 6 days a week for 12 hours a day. This listing may include an extended handling time. We will notify you immediately if the actual handling time exceeds the listed handling time. Every order may need 1-5 bussiness days of packing and handling.
Delivery: Delivery schedules are based upon normal conditions. All items in stock are available for shipping within 24 hours after order is received and confirmed. If item is out of stock or back-ordered, please allow a maximum of 3-7 working days to manufacture.
Shipment - DHL normally
We will ship as soon as payment is received/cleared! Please allow personal checks 3-7 business days to clear. Please note that Express company do not ship to P.O. Boxes and & FPO address, and it is best that you provide us with a actual physical address to avoid returns and delays in delivery of your order.
Please do not forget to send your available phone number to us for the sake of fast and safe delivery before delivery.
Items will be shipped by DHL usually takes 3-7 business days (this does not include weekends or national holidays) depending on what part of the country you live in. Shipping on custom items can take a few days longer to get to your location! If your location is remote, we will try UPS or EMS.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your item leaves our company, if you don't please check your spam filters or your junk mail folder. If you need your tracking number resent to you email please contact us with your shipping information. Return / Refund
When staff of express company sends you goods, please check them carefully if there are any damages before you sign on waybill.
If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fee are non refundable.
If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost for items that are returned refused or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label.
We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
Return of product is accepted provided:
(1) the item is found to be defective or item is not as described, and
(2) request for return is submitted in form of email to us within seven days from the date you received the item, and
(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or misuse, and
(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, and
(5) the item has NOT any serial number removed or defected.
A replacement will be sent or full refund, less restocking fee (15% of purchase price) , will be issued when the failed item is received. We are NOT responsible for any loss and damage during return shipment.
